Conference participants should make their own travel arrangements.
Tallahassee does have an airport (code is TLH) that is served by
several
carriers.
Lodging for the conference will be at the
Doubletree Hotel Tallahassee.

Reservations for the hotel will be made by us on the behalf of
conference participants. When you have your travel arrangements set,
please contact Krista Jabs and let her know when you plan
to arrive and depart so that we can ensure a hotel room will be
available for you.
If we find that several people will be arriving/departing at similar
times, we will try to organize airport pickups and dropoffs when
possible. Otherwise, cabs are typically available for the short trip
between the Airport and the Doubletree Hotel.
